urobit may revoke or withdraw the Affiliate Program from participants who abuse the sprit or intention of the Program in urobit sole discretion and said particiapants will not be entitled to any commission payment. urobit reserveds the right to cancel or withdraw the Program if it suspects abuse or fraud of the Program, and teh participants may be required to return any commission payment.

In the event, a participant is required to return a commission payment under these therms & Conditions, urobit may debit the commission payment from the participant's user account. If the debit would result in a negative account balance, the account may be subitted to urobit's third-party collection agent
